The question was edited to sanitise the title, as you can see in the revisions.
It can take some time for other references to it to catch up and display the edited title.

1@IsmaelMiguel You should be able to delete your own question, as long as there are no upvoted answers. If you upvoted the answer, then... downvote it or if you can't do that, edit the answer, and then change your vote. If you can't do that... yes a mod can.
